Brothier undertakes to take all technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee a processing that is secure and compliant with the European Regulation of April 26, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of Personal Data and the free circulation of such Data (hereinafter the GDPR Regulation).

As a general rule, we do not intentionally collect personal information about children under the age of 15. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information about children under the age of 15, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible, unless we are required to obtain it by applicable law.

When we know that a child is older than 15 but is considered a minor under applicable law, we will obtain parental / guardian consent before using that child’s personal information.

13. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These provisions shall be governed by, interpreted and enforced in accordance with French law, which shall be the sole applicable law in the event of a dispute.

IN THE EVENT OF ANY DISPUTE ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE VALIDITY, PERFORMANCE OR INTERPRETATION OF THIS CHARTER, JURISDICTION IS EXPRESSLY ASSIGNED TO THE COURTS OF PARIS, NOTWITHSTANDING PLURALITY OF DEFENDANTS OR THIRD PARTIES, EVEN FOR EMERGENCY PROCEEDINGS OR PROTECTIVE PROCEEDINGS IN CHAMBERS OR BY PETITION, AND EXCEPT WHERE A PROVISION OF PUBLIC POLICY GRANTS EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION TO ANOTHER COURT.

14. EFFECTIVE DATE

This policy was created and came into force in May 2024. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time.
